We are a fast-growing ERP solutions company specialized in implementing and customizing Odoo ERP systems for various industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic implementer to join our Odoo implementation team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation (preferably Odoo v14–v18).
- Solid understanding of business processes (Finance, Inventory, HR, Sales, Procurement, etc.).
- Strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows.
- Experience in preparing technical and functional documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English is mandatory).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with Python or Odoo Studio customization is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze clients’ business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional specifications.
- Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, Projects, etc.).
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions (custom modules, workflows, and automations).
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate new Odoo features or customizations.
- Manage implementation projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in data migration, integration, and Go-Live support.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and system adoption.
